Are you worried that the market simply lacks low-volume, super-hyper-exotic supercars? Too little choices being offered? Well, that’s okay because Dutch supercar maker, Vencer, will add another option to your Car Finance For Bad Credit shopping list when they do eventually put its model, the Sarthe, into production.
The name is Sarthe, and if you thought that it was named after the famous Circuit de la Sarthe in France – which is also the home of the 24-hour Le Mans race – you are probably right. That’s the only explanation.
The new mid-engined supercar will be built with a blend of tubular-steel frame combined with a honeycomb aluminum floor. The body panels of the supercar will also be built with carbon fiber. With such technology and materials going into the construction of the car, the Sarthe weighs in at only 1388kg. Its weight distribution will be 45% front and 55% rear.
According to a reliable source, the Sarthe will be powered by a V8 engine supplied by GM. The engine outputs 510 horsepower with 479lbft of torque. With the six-speed transmission, the engine rockets the 1388kg Sarthe from 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 204mph.
Vencer states the Sarthe took its inspiration from the 1980s Le Mans prototypes. The lines of the car as well as the front end does definitely look like the Mosler MT900. The rear end though, looks futuristic, minimalist and elegant – we like!
Step into the Sarthe and you will be greeted by leather seats that are hand-stitched and you will be entertained by the modern infotainment system. There are also creature comforts like dual-climate air-conditioning making this a possible vehicle to consider but will depend on your finances if you are looking for a car finance for bad credit deal as you might want to consider something under £100,000 !
We do not have any news yet regarding the status of production of the Sarthe how much the car costs but if this car tickles your fancy and you want to buy it, head over to http://vencer.nl.
